What is the return policy?

Return Policy

Nurah's Boutique

At Nurah's Boutique, we carefully curate both new and pre-loved fashion pieces. Because many of our items are unique or limited in quantity, our return policy is designed to ensure fairness to both our customers and our business.

Returns Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Have all original tags attached
  • Be returned in the same condition as received
  • Be free of perfume, deodorant marks, stains, or damage

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

Pre-Loved Items

All pre-loved (second-hand) items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

We carefully inspect each pre-loved item and disclose any noticeable wear in the product description. Please review product details and images carefully before purchasing.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Pre-loved items
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Accessories, jewellery, and handbags
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Because most of our pieces are one-of-a-kind, we generally do not offer exchanges.
If you require a different size or item, we recommend placing a new order.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was incorrect or damaged.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Nurah's Boutique cannot be responsible for lost return parcels.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Are any purchases final sale?

Final Sale Items

Due to the nature of our curated collection, certain items purchased from Nurah's Boutique are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. This policy helps us maintain the quality and uniqueness of our pieces, many of which are limited in availability.

Pre-loved items are sold as final sale. These pieces are carefully inspected and described as accurately as possible, including any signs of wear where applicable. Because pre-loved items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be restocked once sold, they are not eligible for return or exchange. We encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing information, and images carefully before purchasing.

Items purchased on sale or clearance are also considered final sale. These items are offered at a reduced price and therefore cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

Certain accessories, including jewellery, sunglasses, and similar items, may also be designated as final sale for hygiene and resale reasons. Any item marked as Final Sale on the product page will not be eligible for return or exchange.

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so that we can review the issue and assist you.

When will I get my order?

Shipping & Delivery Time

At Nurah's Boutique, we aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible so that you can enjoy your purchase without unnecessary delays.

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. For most orders within South Africa, delivery generally takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery times may be slightly longer for remote areas or during peak shopping periods.

While we work with reliable courier partners, shipping times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

We also proudly include locally manufactured South African pieces, supporting local makers and small producers wherever possible. Because our boutique offers a curated mix of new and pre-loved items from different origins, manufacturing locations may vary by product. How much does shipping cost?
